Directive (EU) 2023/2413
The 2023 amendment to RED II. It raised the EU's binding 2030 renewable energy target to 42.5 percent and set transport goals of either a 14.5 percent cut in greenhouse-gas intensity or a 29 percent renewable share. It keeps RED II's 94 g comparator, energy allocation and the Annex V values, and caps food and feed crop biofuels.
