Converted refinery and standalone plant

A converted refinery is a former petroleum refinery rebuilt to process lipids into HVO, often keeping its gas-fired hydrogen reformer; a standalone plant is built new for the purpose. Examples of conversions include Phillips 66 (NYSE:PSX) at Rodeo and Eni (BIT:ENI) at Venice and Gela.
